DataCore uses an underlying platform built into Coresoft's CRM, WorkCentre. This enables the extraction and analysis of data from multiple modules. It is a central configurable tool that is constantly creating extracts of information based on previously defined criteria.

These extracts, called ‘data segments’ empower the operator to manipulate the data easily, view it from different perspectives and re-integrate all or part of that data into other WorkCentre modules for processing.
